Excellent service. Excellent and very friendly personel. I have not had one issue with them over anything. They are eager to help or fix something if you are having issues. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone and everyone who needs a storage unit.

Matthew and his staff were very nice. They were helpful in getting me the best unit for my needs. Excellent customer service...highly recommended for your starage needs. Definitely 5 star service.

Excellent customer service. I was able to speak most of my mind and joke with the operator. Since it was my first time using a storage unit by myself, I was kind of nervous. They made me feel at ease with getting a unit and the security features are great. It's a very clean space. When they had showed me a unit I was looking at, they said it was dirty when there was only some dust on the floor. Also, I had not locked my unit the proper way. They called me later asking if I could come in and they would show me how to lock it properly. If I ever need a storage facility to go to, I will go with this one. Rated four stars because the lights go off quicker. Maybe because I'm short...
