My experience in renting storage space at this location was great! Jim was very helpful in helping me find the right unit for my belongings and letting me know what to consider as I loaded them. Thank you Jim for great service, Public Storage should be proud to have people like you on board making a difference each day!! I truly appreciate the time you spent with me!

Denell was very helpful and efficient, however we were not informed prior to arrival that we would be required to hold renters insurance, which would have been nice to know when making financial plans. Over all the location was satisfactory and the assistance we were given was very good.

I Give Denell 5 stars and not Public storage for their deceitful way of doing business.  those hidden fees. there's no way your first month is a dollar. with the hidden administrative fee, mandatory insurance and if you get a very small 5'5 you have to buy the 21.97 dollar lock. And I went on line. my feet for the smallest storage 57+ change so I paid didn't get what I was quoted in line. SMDH. Thank you Denell for making the experience better for me. you get 5 stars. public storage gets👎👎

Service was very friendly and fast. Jim was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to give me anything I did not need and was very patient. Recommended!!
