Went in search of a storage unit today for some items I need to temporarily store. I met Jonathan and he was so helpful! He showed me multiple units so that I could pick the best size for my needs. He was so patient with me (despite this horrible heat) and he answered all of my questions. Jonathan provided wonderful customer service and I will rent a unit from him any time I need one. If you are reading this review and you are thinking about checking out Extra Space in palm desert, call first and make an appointment with Jonathan (it was busy when I went in the first time).

A friend referred me and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service easy location of my unit! It's also super clean and well lit. I'm getting a discount and so is my friend that referred me. Was quick to do paperwork. Psyched!

Very impressed with unit and staff. Arianna was helpful and professional. The price is also very reasonable for a climate control! Will definitely refer.

Extra Space Storage is a great place to store your things! Staffs here are really nice and helpful. They are patient and would answer all of your questions. I definitely recommend you to come here to get a unit.

I was a Walk in customer and the store manager Ariana Serra was gladly to help me out and figure out a perfect unit for my belongings. One of the best store manager I would recommend to help you out with a storage unit. Very helpful and super nice.
