Horrible Service! I was there a few weeks ago and the person who worked there had nobody else in there at the time, and seemed bothered about helping me print something. I wish there was another print shop around Rancho besides them.

Business hours posted on the door and website say open until 5 pm on Friday. Doors were locked and lights off at 4.35 pm. Two more customers arrived shortly after me, also frustrated. I would have gone elsewhere to mail my time sensitive documents, and now have to wait another day. Disappointing, seems a poor way to conduct business.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the last week, haven't received single phone call back. Trust me, don't deal with Post Net.

Jeff at PostNet in Rancho Mirage has given me great service. I needed some flyers printed in a pinch, at last moment's notice when my home office printer went on the blink. I called right before they closed, sent the flyer by email, and he got them printed in no time. I needed to pick them up in the early morning, and since he had an appt. he had to go to he even let me come a little earlier than they usually open so I could pick them up. The flyers also came out beautifully. Thanks Jeff at PostNet!
