Great friendly staff. I interacted with Heather and she helped me every step of the way. Clean common areas and my unit was very clean before moving in. I would recommend this to anyone in the area needing storage.

fairly well kept, the staff are good and communicate well. gate is broken (2+ weeks), you have to drive around the entire building, not really an issue, but the pavement in back is pretty tore up. Have rented for 3 months now. Just got a 20% rate hike. (online price for the same spot is quoted at cheaper than I am paying now (before rate hike)) so not sure what is going on. Doing some research, Extra Space (the company) is notorious for hiking rates every 3 months. They assume that you won't move your stuff for the "small" rate hike. Then when you get used to your new higher rate, (3 months) they hit you again. Pretty shady. Not sure why they think that I'll pay a higher rate than what is advertised.

The prices seem reasonable for indoor climate controlled units. They require insurance in SC for storage, this place offers their own insurance which includes all water related damage, fire, and theft or you can have your own insurance company cover it. This place used to be a grocery store, so all the floors are tile, some of them are rusty from old shelves that used to sit on them. The staff seem very attentive and accommodating, I see them walking through the aisles every time I visit. They have automatic doors and flatbed carts next to the entrance for you to use. The whole place is surrounded by a large fence that requires a passcode to enter and a passcode to leave. I'm​ fairly satisfied with my purchase and feel safe leaving my expensive things here. I'm​ renting a 10x15, roll up door is nice.
