My delivery was to have a 4 hour delivery window from 11-4. My driver started calling me at 8 am about my address. He called ready to deliver at 9:30 (hours early) but could not get on our gated island as I had not yet called in a pass (as he was really early). I told him to hold on a second and I would call it in, which I did. I texted him and was told "k, thx". Imagine my dismay, when after cancelling meetings for early delivery, he never showed up. I called both the company I ordered from and XPO and was promised he would come back and that someone would call me. No one did. What took place was 10 hours of my day spent waiting and calling place to place-  hearing that they'd come back out today, etc only to end in the driver saying that he came back and was turned away, which A) is untrue AND B) if having issues- why not call said client (which you were supposed to do in the first place)???? Now they will not redeliver for another week, allow an address change for sooner delivery, or allow me to pick up. To waste an entire day of someone's life in utter frustration and then make them wait a week without even an ounce of apology is so far unacceptable that I, truthfully, have no words. Customer care is important- when mistakes have happened through no fault of the customers own- then you find a solution and make exceptions.

The management in shipping is horrible. They will lie to you and if you question anything they told you you’ll wish you had not. Pay is decent but overall not a place that you can trust. Especially Dawn Pringle. Truck drivers BE Warned you will load and unload your truck and the other drivers that are in the inner circle. Plus you get to pick orders and do inventory. Don’t believe that your just going there to drive.
