We came this location and after seeing location not idea for us. Lanes drive on are narrow not easy to turn if you have a tailor. After hearing the prices was crazy high for that location. You look around you see busy traffic and people walking every where. Did not seem to secure as not many camera at all. We went to there other location much better. Brandon asked for review and we gave him one and we are giving this location one as to tell people get more for buck at the other location. But I will say customer service is great here two girls are amazing. They just need better spot for the storage. Thanks girls for the help you two are great just need a better and secure location.

Highly professional. Patient. Will go out of their to help. Been a client for 6 years. Owned multiple size units. Always clean. Security is great.

Okay place.Customer service was okay I have had better, but beware of of location not safe place to be at night  with all homeless because of that I would go some where else which I did.

I needed a place to store my Truck and Trailer while on vacation out west.
Samantha and Harley did a wonderful job of finding me just what I needed even though it was out west and they had to find just the right fit for my needs.  They took care of all the paperwork and setup information needed right from the Hickory LR location, so all I had to do was drive to my vacation destination enter my password store my Truck and Trailer and enjoy my vacation, it could not have been any easier.  
If you have a storage need (anywhere) I highly recommend giving Samantha and Harley a call and allow them to do what they do best.
Thanks Ladies when I am in the need for storage  again I know just where to turn.
