I typically do not write reviews, however, I had such a bad experience with Primary Moving I had to share my experience.   From the time they arrived to the time they left it one of my worst experiences.   Instead of making me at ease about the move (which is nerve wracking to begin with) they made the experience worse.   Within 5 minutes they smashed a wine cabinet and fired one of their workers who broke it, on the spot (plus he was high or had mental problems).    From there, they complained the whole time which is very unprofessional.    I had a piano which they claimed they knew how to move, but I wouldn't call bouncing it down the stairs professional.   It knocked all of my piano keys out of their casing.    I had my brand new queen size bed covered as they asked but when they put it in the truck it tore the corner.   Almost every piece of furniture seemed to have gotten banged around.   The worst part of the experience was the lack of response when I had called about my damage.   I had to wait almost a week before I received a returned phone call, and any follow up phone calls were delayed.  They were not proactive and didn't own up to any of their damage and it was a fight the whole way.   I would NEVER, NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM.     they should be out of business and I should have listened to other reviews

Customer beware!!! Do not use thia company!!!  I had my move schedule fie 7/13. Premove they were professional and I thought it was going to be a simple move. On the day of my move no one called me say they were on the way....  I didn't know what time to even expect for them to show up! After several failed attempts to reach someone through phone calls and emails,   I finally got someone on the phone around 1030 AM and was told their truck broke down.  I was offered to postpone the move until the next day or a smaller truck with more time.  I didn't have any wiggle room with the move date so I choose the smaller truck.  Around 330 PM this company sent two movers in a dirty cargo van to move me from a fully furnished  two bedroom apartment and garage. When I refused the move I was told take it or leave it!!  Needles to say,  I left it! I got a Uhaul and paid two movers.... Saved a lot of money by doing it myself!!!

These guys are a ripoff.  They stole an 8 piece setting of sterling silver, a 16 piece setting of silver plated silverware, and several antiques.  They delivered to a storage unit  and we didn't discover the theft until 6 months later when we moved to our new home.  Watch out!!!

Worst moving company EVER.  Did not show up on original day, which was a Saturday; was 4 1/2 hours last second day and took 3 men to move a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment 8 hrs.  Then after spending 2 hrs at Walmart they arrived at our new place and said they couldn't stay because one had court in the morning so it would be after lunch on Monday.  Didn't show Monday.  Tuesday, basically same thing - they were suppose to show at 5:30 pm; received email at 6pm stating they were not coming.  On Wednesday they said they could be there by 2 or 2:30.  Told them to call when on their way, later called to say it would be closer to 4:30.  We he arrived home at 5:30 had not hearing anything from them and they were not there.  After numerous times attempting to call finally go someone who said they were busy with other moves.  - They have lied to us from the very beginning. After I stated he never intended to show his black ass that day he stated we would never receive I items.

Hickory police state they will but it in storage for us to pick up.  The entire reason we hired movers is because my husband is disabled.  This copy lies, they are lazy, one would work while other 2 took breaks, they wore pot hats, very unprofessional, scratched our further and then refused to give it to us.  They put holes in out mattress also well.

BEWARE-claim for damaged goods against this company have been going on for over 90 calendar days. They insist they will make it right. To this day THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING BUT LIP SERVICE! Driver and loader were nice enough, but damaged a $600 glass table which they offer to pay for the damage at $.40 a pound which comes up to $90. They tore the back of the nightstand up and mutilated the wood-claimed no reimbursement because it was made out of pressboard. BEWARE most furniture is made of pressboard so you are playing Russian roulette with your furniture. They damaged the front of our wood entertainment center by knocking out a 3-4" chunk of wood. Couldn't hear what Anthony-the manager said they would do about that. It sounded like he wanted to patch it instead of replacing it. The drivers showed up late and I called to make sure they were going to show up. They shoved the contract in front of me and said sign here and here and here and (get the jist). Basically it comes down to 2 options. Waiver to purchase insurance which results in $.40 a pound reimbursement or purchase the insurance. No time to read the contract and unless you have 20/20 eyesight or a large magnifying glass-you are not going to read the fine print. At the risk of still getting nothing to replace my torn up furniture, I am trying to help you not make the same mistake. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. I AM ALSO GOING TO CALL THE BBB.......they may be cheaper on the quote or lower your price to sucker you in, but look at all the reviews here saying they have DAMAGED our things. I even tipped the workers for dinner and found the damaged items after they had left. JUST SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY.......
