Once you get past the friends and family reviews you can see what is really going on with this facility. 
The manager (Megan) is as bad of a manager as they come. I should have left at the first sign of trouble. When was that!? When Megan took over as a manager. This disrespectful, degrading individual swears she is managing a Manhattan high rise. ITS A STORAGE LOCKER!!! There like pesky Exes. you forget about them until you run into them once in blue moon. These people will air out your business to any one of has a minute to listen, violating privacy policy. At the very least defamation of characters. How I pay my bills is my business not theirs. If you want to charge me a late fee, CHARGE ME! If you want to send me a letter with intent to auction off my belonging, DO IT!! But you have no right to talk about me and the type of person you imagine me to be. You want to hear my Lion roar!! Do I have your attention now!! If not let me have my Monkey in the suit send you a letter with my intentions. Maybe then I will get your attention and you will learn some manner on how to conduct business in the proper manner. It's sad that you may have never really had a position of power, and now you seem to use this position to abuse this responsibility. How sad. Balls in my court! Here it comes right back at you!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company. I have been a customer for six years. When StorageMart took over this storage facility (about one year ago), the prices went a little higher, but it was still fine. Suddenly, in May I received a call informing me that something was smelling bad in my storage unit. Yes,  RATS! I had to take all my stuff out-furniture, blankets, boxes... EVERYTHING HAD URINE AND RAT DROPPINGS. I couldn't save my sofas (they were semi-new). I had to throw away a lot of stuff. I took pictures, sent a claim to StorageMart and barely, two weeks ago, I received a call only to offer me $250 (my damages are valued over $2,000). The lady who helped me said the infestation began with the previous owner (Store More America). Moreover, they had included in their contract that their insurance would not cover any damages caused by "rodents" (and pretty much, all possible accidents you can imagine-yes, even nuclear war). THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL. If they knew there was a rat infestation, why did they make people sign this contract? Please people, be careful with this company. Read the small letters and know that if something happens to your belongings, THEY WILL NOT COVER ANY DAMAGES! I will fight this until I get a fair refund for all the damages.

Kimberly in Capitola is fantastic! She was so helpful during a time of high stress, and made our storage super easy. Storage Mart is a super clean facility, with lots of carts. My only critique is the timer on the hall lights is set too short.

I had a great experience with the staff.here at Storage Mart. They were very helpful friendly and personable. Great customer service

Nothing but the very best customer service and fair pricing. Very friendly helpful staff and clean units. I highly recommend StorageMart.
