Kay, Eric and Walter were professional and patient with explaining everything to me. I felt confident in the decision that I made with storing my valuables here. The facility is very clean and the people are the best! Update: Had to make some changes to my account and the staff here was a pleasure to work with again. Would leave another 5 star review if I could!

This might the 5th place I've ever rented storage space from. The space is like any other clean the staff here was friendly...BUT do not rent here you will get ripped off, I've have never ever had rent increases ever, but in the course of 1 year they raised my rate twice, and the first time I was overseas so wasn't able to move out and the next one, I didn't get the notice till about a week before it started. I never write negative reviews, if I don't like something I don't say anything and or I don't go back. But with something like this I felt it needed to be said. Also the rent increases where significant, for 5x10 I'm now paying $164

I have used this storage company twice before and I just used it again. They continue to be great at what they do. Kay and Walter are efficient, friendly, and helpful. In addition, they anticipated what I needed when I did not think of it myself. They and Extra Space Storage are stars!! 5 stars in fact!!!

Large 2-level truck terminal style facility with great access and plenty of parking. You could pull an 18-wheeler up next to the building and unload with no problems, that's how big this place is! The building is dry, well-lit and amazingly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kay is great and took the time to show us the storage lockers, access doors and other important details. I would definitely recommend this storage place.
