The Sales guys are very nice and spend a lot of time with you, but it seems like their hands are tied when it comes to pricing. I've been looking around for a while for a Q7 3.0T and a friend suggested that I try JD. It was probably my fault for going there on a Saturday but everyone seemed to be running around like their heads were going to fall off. After waiting for 45 minutes I was asked "what are you currently driving" as my second questions which is pretty much the most old school probing question. Fast forward 30 more minutes and I wasn't offered a test drive or anything else and was asked about 4 times to speak with the manager before I had to leave to go to my kids baseball game. For a smaller family owned dealership I feel as if they could have done better.

My husband and I had such a great experience with Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus! From the moment we walked in everyone was professional and courteous. We did not plan on leasing a car the same day, but Manny worked with us, coming up with an offer we couldn't refuse! We love our new Q5!

I had a wonderful experience, very pleasant staff and great hospitality!  Grant Hessman was very helpful showed me a great vehicle that fit my needs. Very easy to work with no pressure. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Best service around. Love Ken he makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. My truck is always well taken care of and any issues no matter how small are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Ji/Andy provided us with quality information and we did not feel pressured to buy until ready. The dealership had good inventory options. Everyone we interacted with including our salesman, manager, technical expert and finance manager were top quality professionals.
