This storage facility has got to be, no, is, is definitely the best I’ve dealt with over the years, and I’ve stored things at 7 different facilities in that time. Even just the initial contact with the call center in Utah was outstanding. I spoke with Craig in Utah, and he was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about everything, and had answers to all my questions. He set up my introduction to Lisa at the location I would be utilizing. Shortly after my call with Craig, Lisa contacted me. Lisa was very helpful, and walked me through everything I needed to know to move forward with the unit rental. I met with Lisa the following day, and was very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the office, and property. Lisa worked through all the paperwork pleasantly, quickly and efficiently. We were in and out in a very short order. I can’t wait to load up my unit, and clear out the house a bit!

I had a very welcoming experience starting my service here at extra space storage. Great customer service is hard to come by, and knowing people at first name basis is always a plus, thank you. The rates are more than affordable, and the free month is worth it. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I believe his name was Dawson (worked on 24 Nov). This young man listened to our storage needs and went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a great price. The bottled water prior to looking at the storage units was much appreciated as well. Thanks Dawson, your a true asset to the company.

We needed someplace to store our stuff while we sold our house. Lisa and the staff were great and super helpful even though we were only there for a short time. Very nice facility. Perfect for our needs.

Since this mixup they have kept my rate at the agreed price without any more drama, and I'm happy to report that. I had a great experience with them, up until this month, where without telling me they raised my rate by $34 after just 3 months. Luckily I saw it on my card, and when I called I was told their rates are flexible, basically meaning every 3 months they'll increase. After a 15 minute phone call they reimbursed the extra, but told me I had to move out otherwise my rates would increase.
