The staff here goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful and educated about the services and products they offer. The grounds are always clean too! The only change I would like to see is at a corporate level and that is a change to offer to long term customers so that the rate doesn't go up more then yearly as it also shows you care about your customers by doing this and shows your interested in customer retention.

The staff here is amazing! They are extremely helpful and friendly. We originally thought we only needed to use this storage for a couple of weeks, while waiting for a renovation to be completed. We ended up needing it just over a month. They let us just pay for the few extra days rather than charging us for a whole extra month. We ended up still needing the storage and moved into a smaller unit. This is the kind of company that makes you want to do business with them. I will continue referring everyone I know here!

I made the reservation online through the easy to navigate web page. Less than 5 minutes after I confirmed the reservation, John from the site called and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I arrived at the site, I was met by Marc, the very friendly site manager. Less than 20 minutes from my arrival at the site I was at my storage space, unloading my stuff. Very happy with the entire experience and the being treated well by Extra Space Storage!

We had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage - Stetson Hills. John was very friendly, attentive and courteous. We were given a brief tour and saw the unit before renting. The property is clean, secure and well maintained. If you have storage needs, I recommend this location.

Sometimes you find more about a place when you decide to go elsewhere... Extra Space Storage handled our move out exceptionally well. I called you give them notice and they stop the automatic payments immediately. Once we moved everything out of our unit we had an email confirming that are rental agreement was complete. We actually ended it to move to another Extra Space Storage for a different size unit. I would rent from extra space without any question in the future. Also worth noting that they are pet friendly, unlike some of the storage facilities in town.
