I have enjoyed renting lockers at Extra Space Storage for many reasons. The premises are quite secure and the lockers are spotless, in excellent condition, no leaky roof or floods. I have a good feeling knowing my belongings are well cared for... furthermore, the Manager, Paula is a gem. Always smiling and pleasant.

I have been renting a space in this facility for my seasonal business for the last three years and have had the pleasure of being attended to by the same staff that have always been most accommodating and professional. The facility has always met my expectations for organization and convenience. Paula makes it easy.

The online site was so easy to use. We were able to see animations of what would fit into different sized units so we could choose the exact right size for us. We signed up for a unit online and the office staff contacted us right away and answered all our questions. We stopped in later to see the unit and finish the paperwork and again the staff member was pleasant, knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy.

The ladies (Paula & Patricia) that run this store are excellent. Great Customer service and really show the customers they care and do everything they can to exceed expectations. You can tell they love there job and are very knowledgeable about there company and there products. The facilty is very nice they just remolded the place and is very appealing and clean. Great location right on Rt 50. When Extra Space hired the Paula and Patricia they got it right they make a great team. Exceeded all my expectations. Wish other facilities I have dealt with in the past were this great. Thanks Ladies!! A very happy customer!

My experience with extra space storage was a great one. I was in need if a unit quickly and they were so helpful to find one for what i needed and resonable in price. Patricia was very honest, helpful, and explained everything. She was very professional and curdious to me as a customer. I would recommend if you need a storage unit this is the place to go! I thank them very much!!
