I was told to leave a review Only if I had 5 star service and I surely was given that today. I came in to buy a few more boxes for my daughters move, and ended up getting more than I needed with the best deal! I like Yanii, she was very sweet with helping me save money, she even took the boxes to my car without even asking if I needed any help.

So sorry its taken so long to write this review, but it is still so very well deserved. 

I tend to be pretty leery of storage facilities and their "$1 sale" prices. However, this Public Storage location provided exactly what they advertised - a clean unit, secure access and regular maintenance on their units. 

The one thing they couldn't fully advertise was their helpful staff. I came into Public Storage after visiting three other storage spots in the area and after speaking with my saleswoman, Shontise, I was sold! Although this was not her regular location (she mentioned she was visiting from the Baltimore area to fill in for a colleague) and was operating the office on her own that day, Shontise was extremely helpful and attentive in ensuring that my unit met all of my needs. I was so pleased with her service that I returned home and convinced my husband to come to PS to sign up for an additional unit! He was equally pleased with this PS store (as a military family, we've rented with others across the country) and we've recommended it to our friends and neighbors.

Thanks so much for your warm staff welcoming us to Maryland.

I receieved excellent customer service by Shontise. I had to write a review after she told me this was her first time working at this location. I would have never guessed because she knew her stuff and the process went smooth!
