This facility is good. The girl who helped us was nice. The manager Omar was very knowledgeable and helpful, but there is a problem with the online special "first month free" which is listed on the website and is not valid. I wrote extra space customer service and they just said - sorry, it's only when we have a lot of units. Yet, it's listed right there on the main page of the site. So, this definitely messes up my first impression of the company. I'll be escalating this until they take of their lying, deceptive way to get people in the door.

Alice was Absolutely Awesome! She was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to all of my friends and family! With all of the hassels of moving it's nice to have a helping hand and a smiling face. Thank you!

It was fast and easy to get started but i was disappointed when 3 days before i moved into my new place the fee for the month was taken out and i was told they could no pro rate for 3 days...... So i paid $65 for 3 days of storage and they guy was basically like oh well guess u can use it for another month. (and sleep on the floor in my new apartment?).... Its sad that these big companies try to come up with ways to take xtra money from ppl when we are already paying for a service. #JustSad
