Toy was awesome. I love when people have great personalities and she definitely does. She had an answer for every question I asked and she kept me laughing the whole time I was there.

Victoria (Toy) is absolutely amazing at this location. The call center for public storage sold me on a unit I could not use, even though I was very specific about my needs. 

Got to the property on Eastern ave and Victoria apologized immediately for the call centers mistake. She then helped me get into a unit on the spot that fit my needs without costing 4x as much per month. 

Victoria is not only super helpful but is one of the nicest people I have met in Las Vegas since moving out here a couple months ago. Her customer service skills are above and beyond and should be noted. She is amazing at her job and will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage because of her and how she handled my situation and treated me. Truly an awesome employee!!!

Was a bit skeptical after visiting a different location and didn't feel so welcome. Went here and received amazing service from Victoria. Not only did she have a great attitude but she's great at her job. Thank you for making this a easy process for us, we appreciate you!!

Toy was incredibly helpful, and personable. Even when our two year old was melting down she was completely understanding. Thanks for the great service! We will recommend this place in the future.
