Rude service representatives who overcharge at every opportunity! I have been overcharged at least $12 per month for 9 months and am just now finding out. They are also refusing to credit their mistake! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Hidden fees, they move you in then jack up the prices, and conveniently "lose" your proof of insurance and charge you for it! I dread calling in and paying every month and dealing with these incompetent people. Don't fall for the scams to get you in the door. UPDATE: I am again getting yet another rate increase. If I were able, I'd take my things out and put them somewhere else but I am not in town. These rates are insanely high to begin with, rate increases every 9 months is unbearable and they don't notify you beforehand or work with you. New update: Once again getting a price increase. I have a 5x15 with no a/c. I'm now paying over $115 a month. The advertised price is $73. They refuse to make a price adjustment in my favor but love making me overpay. This business is sketchy. They won't even contact me to answer my questions; I've been asking for a price reduction for two weeks and they always say they'll get back to me but never do.

So far so good, except for the warning of a potential rate hike and the only payment option is auto draft on my card. UPDATE... AUGUST would start the $25 Per month increase... So I removed my things...

I have rented with Extra Space two different times over the past few years and have been very happy with the friendly and responsive service from the staff (Anthony is awesome!), the clean storage units and very secure facility. Great rates too!

Extremely helpful and very courteous, Helped save money by pointing out cost difference in climate controlled environment vs non. Asked to borrow bolt cutters and bam, bolt cutters. Excellent services here highly recommended!

Excellent very clean fantastic location. The lady was very help full and saved up almost $100. We will absolulty continue our storage here.
