I just went in to shop around for prices. JC was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dottie was extremely helpful in helping me pick the size of storage unit I would need. I was her last customer before she moved to a different location. She introduced me to JC the new manger so I would be aware of who Inwoykd be dealing with in the future. Very easy and professional set up and experience. Thank you for easing the stress of moving!

Dottie, the manager of this location, is just a delight to work with. She is very courteous, informative, respectful and helpful. She welcomed us warmly, carefully and patiently answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns and helped us, at the very last minute, switch out one of our units to a larger one when the one we chose clearly wouldn't fit all our stuff. Made the paperwork easy and lent us some chairs and a clipboard as we worked with our movers to get our stuff into the facility.  The facility itself is very clean, good climate control and seems highly secure. Although we just put our stuff in, so far the experience has been very smooth and so far, so good!
