Super great Management. We purchased on first site due to the friendly, honest, and welcoming greeting. Robyn always offers water and finds carts if your block cart is being used. Never a problem as we moved items in several different times. After shopping around at a couple of sites, this site was the best.

This storage facility and staff are the best ever, and I have rented at other places before. The location has easy access, the storage units are easily accessible and very clean. The staff are what really makes this place above all else as they are smart, efficient, helpful, professional, and best of all pleasant and fun. I highly recommend this storage facility.

The customer service at Extra Space Storage on Murray is absolutely fantastic. My sister and I are in the process of moving and the new place we are moving to suddenly -and with little notice - told us that they wouldnt be ready for us until 3 days AFTER we were supposed to leave the old place. Meaning there were 3 days that we would be homeless and have no place to store our belongings. We searched and searched for storage places but we only had $39 to work with because we just paid a deposit and last months rent. We found many places that had offers stating $1 or $25 for the first month but when we got to these storage places they added on lock fees, sign up fees, and insurance fees that brought the total cost to over $60 despite the fact that when we called (we always call first) they told us it would be just the $25 or $1. Each place, once finding out we had exactly $39 to work with, shooed us away. When i called Space Storage they told me it would be $38 total. When i got there the woman at the counter told me the sum of everything would be around $50 but because i was told $38 over the phone and only had $39 that she would PERSONALLY pay the difference if it was over $38(it ended up being $47.50). I have never had such amazing service when in such a tough situation. Thank you so much Robyn Schultz

Very nice place! Robyn is great, always fiding ways to solve the problem I met. Highly recommended!

I want to give the Managers Robyn and until recently Jerry 5 stars. During my time here I was treated very well by both of them. After just over a year my rent was raised to the point that I've decided to move to another facility for significantly less. It is unfortunate but it became to expensive to stay.
