Zach was a huge help, he and the other staff provided a friendly welcome to Salt Lake City for us. The storage unit was just what we were looking for, and reasonably priced compared to the competition.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called in to reserve a unit, and got dispatched to the national call center. I told the agent what size of unit I wanted, and he pressured me into getting a smaller unit, saying the unit would have plenty of space for all of my stuff in my three-bedroom apartment. When I arrived on site, the unit was clearly too small. The on site employee recommended that I try to get everything to fit, and if it didn't fit we could rent a smaller unit adjacent to get everything in. Once we filled the larger unit, which took about 1 hour, the employee informed me that he no longer had smaller units available for me to rent. They did not try to accommodate me, but instead tried to get me to get a bigger unit (which was the original size I wanted in the first place when i called in to schedule a unit. I was short on time, so I was forced to go across town to another storage unit to store the remainder of my items. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated throughout the whole process.

Great the staff is very patient with me because I just upgraded to a larger size storage. I am wondering why I didn't receive any discounts?? Just curious. Thanks for all your help I really enjoy CubeSmart!!

Don't use this company for your storage needs. As a long time customer, they are Corporate robots. They offer no reasonable solutions/compromise. It's there way or the highway. I'll be moving out as soon as I can!

Great Great Price, nice and helpful staff and nice storage and easy to get in and out of. Would highly recommend.
