Esther Gort (assistant store manager) was very helpful to us. She's very patient with questions I wanted to ask and even gave us a tour on the storage unit we needed. Esther explained all the details when it comes to paper work and wasn't being pushy. We didn't feel like we were being cheated on. Esther is a sweet lady and I adore her a lot. If anyone needs to rent a storage unit, come see Esther.

Amazing customer service! Thank you to Esther Gort (assistant manager) for being so patient and informative with me. She really took the time to give me a detailed tour of the premises. There are actually working cameras covering the entire site and lots of clean, available storage units. I am so grateful for Esther showing me the newer 5x10 unit and comforting me in leaving my belongings there for storage. If you are moving from a one bedroom apartment, the 5x10 unit will definitely suffice, unless you have more than the usual belongings. It's so hard to find exceptional customer service nowadays, but Extra Storage really does an amazing job by hiring the most informed workers. Esther, you are simply the sweetest person! I admire that you go above and beyond in explaining the entire renting a storage unit process and your love for your job is apparent in your work ethic. I love how clean and safe all of the storage units are. Thank you Esther and Extra Space Units for making my move that much easier. The prices are all comparable to many other storage facilities. If you need another unit, the facility has four sister sites all within Gardena.
