Went in to Lifestorage to inquire about a unit and the costs. I was not sure what I would need, however I knew I needed a quick solution to help de-clutter my living situation. I was greeted by Cyrus who was very kind. I was then introduced to the Store Manager, Jennifer, who traversed the rental process with me. She put in a effort to give me the best deals possible and appeared very genuine in assisting me. Unlike some of their competitors she took the time to explain everything in detail even offering to show me the units personally if I was still unsure of the size requirements. Service was absolutely exceptional and I was ecstatic. I love the staff here, my experience made me feel like they are very friendly and looking out for their guests. My decision was made much more secure knowing that this team would be here for me and my storage unit needs.

Troy and Donovan are awesome guys, they went way out of their way to help me find a space, couldn't of asked for better guys to help me out, the storage space is very clean and well organized, happy to be there, Life Storage is lucky to have these employees. Hope this post helps other people to rent space form this location.

I made a reservation for this location and I spoke to Jennifer Moore on the phone " The Store Manager". She was so helpful over the phone and let me know what time she would be in the office so I could see the unit I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I love my my Unit and so happy I choose Lifestorage.

These stupid fools. What a bunch if clowns and retarded looking numskulls. Where the hell is the music? Why are RVs being broken into? Why is Tue female lady here so damn unfriendly never smiling to the customers. I wish to hell that this place didn't even exist. Not to mention they turned the damn music off these rediculous excuses of a storage place because of immature childish managers are runnung it. Store my RV their for over 4 year's, first had my wheel covers stolen, and was told the camera for that side was out so couldn't see who stole them that was about two years ago, just went to check my RV and found out someone broke in and stole some valuables, and again their cameras were not working plus this place is a gated storage, a lot that helps. So this place is not safe to store your RV! Got a feeling it was a inside job, cause someone knows how to get inside RVs without out doing damage to doors or Windows and their cameras are never working when something happens. I feel that very suspicious???? And they always say they will call you back and never do!!!!! Very angry customer 😠
