The service provided at the extra space in cumming is exceptional. jainet the manager helped make my decision very easy after our first conversation over the phone. When we arrived we were amazed at how clean and beautiful the storage building is. The service so far has been exceptional. This is the place to rent a storage from.

Rebekah was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Explained every thing very well. I appreciated her professionalism. I’ve already recommended this place to 2 other people , primarily due to Rebekah. The place was clean and felt safe.

Super clean and very secure!  It would have been nicer to hear the temperature split was higher than 55 and lower than 80 as I’m storing musical instruments.  However, no complaints!

Extra Space Storage has bent over backwards to help our 501(c)3 Veterans organization (Operation Shadow Warriors). The generosity of senior management as well as the incredible help from the local staff have been a great reminder that Americans still care about their veterans and are willing to give more than lip service to helping those who have given so much to us. AMAZING SERVICE!!!! 
Rebekah was the bomb dot com.  She was extremely informative and helpful. She was incredibly patient with me and my 3 million questions. Her bright smile was very infectious and calming. She goes above and beyond!
