Excellent customer service. Jimmy was very thorough, and extremely helpful in helping me decide which unit size would best fit my needs and my budget. This is my first time renting a storage unit and he was upfront about all costs etc. Highly recommend!

This place is great. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. I have stored things through the years there several times as  needed. 
Jimmy is most definitely a gentleman! Sooo helpful and polite. Always happy to help with a smile on his face. He's the first one to help you with the doors or carry something if he  sees you outside struggling. Lol which has been me many times. 
Shelby's fantastic always helpful with a smile. I would recommend extra space Storage to anyone who's looking for a safe clean place for your belongings. I most definitely recommend this location Richmond Avenue because of the staff. I hope this helps anyone who may be looking for the right storage unit..

Extra Space Storage at 4245 Richmond Ave. in Houston is terrific. I have been an Extra Space customer for several years and am using two new spaces in my move from Dallas to Houston. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful beyond my expectations. The assistant manager Jim especially went out of his way to advise me on how to best use the space during my upcoming move and help me with my near-endless questions. I am an Extra Space customer for life.
