The facilities overall were great. I'm going to be moving into the area so having an easily accessible storage is wonderful. The person who explained everything to me I think her name was Erica was very helpful and friendly. She was able to give me recommendations based on what I'm trying to move (furniture etc.) GREAT customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a storage unit with reasonable prices to look into this location!

RENTER BEWARE!! Everything is fine and the customer service is great until there is an issue. The district manager, David Spade treat you like rubbish. My storage unit flooded from their faulty air conditioner system. They are negligent and their air conditioners flooded my unit, however, David says your contract says we are not liable even if it's our fault???? What kind of unconscionable person/business is this? All of my military items, clothing, appliances and other irreplaceable items are ruined by water and molded because of them. But, he wants me to pay to move it and refused to pay for my damaged, ruined items!! So, l lost all my stuff, it's your fault but I have to pay for everything??? This is dishonorable!!

Erica was a delight and very helpful as well as thorough. From the phone tonin person, she has excellent customer service!!

Erica who is the manager at this location was extremely helpful, she is also very sweet and deserves a raise if you ask me. Best customer service I've gotten lately from anyone especially in a time like this after the damn hurricane and its devastation some of us are still in.

Erica is the best. I called to reserve a unit during Hurricane Harvey but luckily afterwards my apartment was minimally impacted, so I didn't need the unit. I talked to Erica, who was able to help me get a refund since I canceled before my move-in day.
