RE Your Missed Appointment To whom does not care: Apparently you have no idea that wasting my time is time that is just as valuable as yours. Here is the fee invoice for your no show. Since you didn’t call to cancel or change my appoint within 24 hours, did not show up to treat me so I could give you money and cannot to be bothered to apologize for the extreme inexcusable lack of professionalism, I expect the $25 fee to be sent at this time. There is a lot more involved than the doctor who can’t show up at his own office.

Horrible. Schedules multiple appointments for the same time with one Doctor. Plan on spending hours waiting after your scheduled time if you choose this company. Never again.

While I like the doctors here Jorge is incompetent. I ordered new glasses back in January and they were 'damaged' by FedEx. Jorge had to order a new pair for me which took an additional week but I figured it wasn't his fault - until he called me to ask me to come back into the office to pick out the frames because he didn't know which ones to order. Luckily I knew the name and he was able to reorder for me. I chocked this up to him being new and he forgot. Fast forward to today when my husband went to pick up his glasses - he was told yesterday were ready - and Jorge can't find them. They're my husband's frames and Jorge can't find them. And he basically argued with my husband in the middle of the office about the phone call in which Jorge said they were ready. Not to mention my husband also gave Jorge his Oakley sunglasses for new frames and those aren't done either. Both were promised to be done 2 days ago. He is very disorganized and very unprofessional.

Terrible experience. The optometrist was rough and hurt me. Then the billing department messed up my account so badly that it took months to attempt to correct it and was never resolved. During the entire ordeal the staff was rude and completely uncaring. I will never go there again.
