Would like to Thank Dr Juan P. Fernandez for the great job he did on my husband's cataract surgery. Dr. Fernandez took the extra time to explain the procedure, answered all our questions & concerns without us feeling rushed. He is patient and kind and willing to help with any problems. We appreciated him and his staff. Thank you.

If I could give this whole experience zero stars or less I would. I am not even going to provide details, but just save yourself a big hassle & go somewhere else. We will not being going back.

I had terrible experience with Dr. Brown. I ended up having several surgeries on my eyes for vision correction. Before the last surgery during the consultation things were explained to me totally different than how they turned out as far as my vision goes. When I went for the follow up visit with my husband, we asked several questions about why I didn't get the outcome that I was promised. As I was being examined by Dr. Brown, my husband perhaps asked too many detailed questions and Dr. Brown went on the defensive and totally went off on my husband. He began to get sarcastic and his demeanor and tone changed to one of attacking us for asking the questions. The staff he had in the room looked so embarrassed and didn't know what to do, but since Dr. Brown is the boss I guess they chose to stay in the room and say nothing and just look down at the floor. For awhile, the situation didn't seem real but then it started sinking into my mind that we were being verbally abused. I got up out of the chair where I was being examined and stormed out of there saying nothing. I had SO many things to say, but none of them were very nice, so rather than go off on Dr. Brown I chose to say nothing. This man is very arrogant, to say the least. If a patient has an outcome from an eye surgery other than what was promised, don't I even have the right to ask what happened? It's my eyes and vision is so important! So, if anyone out there is considering going to Eye Centers of Florida, I would think twice about it unless you are one of those patients that just keep your mouth shut and do what the doctor says because "doctor knows best". That is so untrue. Just be very, very careful if Dr. Brown is doing your eye surgery. That's all I can say.

was told my new glasses would be in within 2 weeks i called no answer no one could or would take care of my matter, was told someone would call me back im still waiting, they need more practice on Public Relations, common courtesy to call the customers back, Customers should always come first and give them a call back as promise SMH

The eye glasses side very professional but the surgery side is disrepective only cater to Spanish speaking clients , three different Spanish clients we on their cell phones and also talking extremely loud , I make a call was very quiet and was asked to go outside , when I came back in the Spanish clients still talking loudly and on their phone , the receptionist was also Spanish and was extremely rude , this is America and are national lauguge is English , sad when people who refuse to learn our language are treated better than our own citizens , this part of this business caters only to their Spanish clients , if you go here and are not Spanish u will be treated poorly this has happened twice , go somewhere else if possible also one Spanish keep getting call after call the receptionist said nothing also with small very loud child which the receptionist never said one word to her , totally inappropriate behavior by this receptionist
