At The Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha, we offer surgical and
non-surgical treatment for glaucoma performed by our fellowship trained glaucoma specialist, Dr. Paul Singh, M.D. and Cornea Specialist Dr R Krishna Sanka. Our dedicated staff will assist you throughout your glaucoma treatment, always striving to inform and educate you about your condition while doing our best to save or improve your vision.

Well - I decided enough is enough. I am a single father, with 3 kids. I wanted to schedule my yearly appointements, so I called. The receptionist would only schedule 3 of us. She said, we only schedule 3 apt at a time, you would have to call back to schedule the 4th. I really don't understand that policy, but this was the last for me. Last year, they billed me instead of my insurance, and they locked my account because I did not buy my glasses from there. They told my insurance I had business pending, which was false. So for me to buy my glasses somewhere else I had to call back to ask them to notify my insurance that there was nothing pending. I liked my doctor, but the headaches of that front office is not worth it. I cannot schedule my appointments and they make things harder than they should. I do not have the time for that.

The desk staff are very rude. They are very unfriendly never smile. The wait times are ridiculous. They try and double bill by billing vsp vision insurance and your medical insurance which then makes you pay a 50.00 copay which you shouldn't have if you have vsp. I caught them the last time and they said oh your right you shouldn't have to pay the copay. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have paid the 50.00.Total rip off and totally dishonest.

Every time I have signed up for an an appointment, it took half an hour to an hour past the original appointment time for me to be helped. Additionally, a contacts order I placed was supposed to be ready within a week, but it's been over a month and I haven't so much as been updated by the office.

Dr. Inder Paul Singh was the best ophthalmologist I have been to; he is the ONLY ophthalmologist I know thus far sympathetic to floater patients like me. I really hope he will continue to advocate for his floater patients, because as a group we have VERY VERY VERY little power in our encounters with most ophthalmologists and the medical establishment.

Very disappointed!! I called to make an appointment, they did not have in their schedule. They try to play dumb saying that i didn't call or have call to a different location. when i said no i called to their office she hung up me i called back she pick the phone hung up again very rude.
