First of all, just an annoyance but they never provided alerts for appointments coming up. But whatever, eventually i needed to have a deep cleaning procedure done. As they were giving me the shots to numb my mouth, one shot pierced through the back of my front teeth and into my nasal cavity where she injected the numbing agent. It filled every crevice i never knew i had. I couldnt breathe without choking for 20 minutes. All the while they acted as though i were exaggerating... Simply put, I will never return...

They called to let me know I could come in early if I wanted to which was very much appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but the young lady who performed my cleaning went above and beyond.

Most people fear going to the dentist. Some love it. I was the former, but now I really don't fear the dentist. Dr. Sherrer and his staff have always treated me in a most respectful manner and always were understanding when I was apprehensive. They made respectful suggestions when I was not complying to good dental practices. Yes - I need to floss more. When I had more intense work - pain was never an issue. I had a tooth pulled and did not feel a thing. The dentist is no longer something I fear.

Had a tooth pulled one month, then oral surgery the next month. Was treated with respect and concern. I will remain going here for all my dental needs.
