They do an excellent job in shaping and treatment. They are really pricey but I'm assuming it's because of the cost of their natural products. They will try to upsell you so prepare yourself for more spending.

Ive been there 4 times now and everyone there has been DELIGHTFUL and WONDERFUL with me and my 11 year old daughter,teaching her how to properly apply makeup which they have a beatiful line and its all free to test out. Cant ask for anymore!! The girl behind the counter has a beatiful personality and is very relatable, overall my experience has been amazing and i will continue to go there, not to mention my eyebrows look STUNNING! They truly inform you about whats good for your eyebrows and skin.Im very much pleased.

Felt like I was at a used car dealership the way they were trying to sell me on their products. They criticized my eyebrows so much before they even started like hello I'm a mom of a toddler I barely get out to do this... thanks for making me feel self conscious! The first girl put me down for waxing saying, "your brows are growing back weird".... Then the girl who actually did my eyebrows barely spoke to me for like 30 mins. The best part came next... more selling! They tried to sell me on some makeup which the girl applied to one brow, and I didn't like it, it was very un-natural & intense. So I asked if she could just remove it, and put the "color treatment" on they kept pushing. Another girl told her to remove it.... then she starts tweezing my brows more. I said oh no I don't want them thinner just didn't want the make up on. I guess she misunderstood me. She again says nothing calls over the other girl hands her the tweezers and leaves me there. So the other girl then puts the "color treatment" on... I've never had this done before but she wipes off the excess and it leaves brown spots all over my skin and it was clearly a completely different shade than my brow! Annoyed I just wanted to pay & leave. Again they asked if I wanted the product... I went to pay and tip neither of the 2 girls said thank you or goodbye. It was the most bizarre experience ever, and it now looks like my 2 year old daughter colored my eyebrow with a crayon ! The reason why I keep calling them girl or other girl, because neither of them bothered to introduce themselves before they started reshaping my brows. I won't be returning.... I would have been better off tweezing my own brows for free!

The girls are amazing! Totally worth it to get your eyebrows done professionally! It's a nice pampering experience!

Love This Eyebrow Place!!! My Brows are very thin and since I've been going here and getting the treatments they're growing for sure 😁 .
