They over charge tried them a few times and twice charged me more money because I have thick hair I heard her quietly telling the receptionist to add extra charge .?? then last week , i just wanted a cut no shampoo . and over charged bill was 67.00 i asked for a receipt but when i got to my car it was not itemized.. she did wet my hair and said just going to put some conditioner on it, but I did not even ask for it is this what the over charged was for .. a cut only .., is not 67.00..?? will not go back

Thanks to all of the very talented people here. I found them several months ago and always leave very happy. I always get the feeling that they pay extra attention to listen to what you're looking for and make sure that's what you end up getting. In the past I've always thought of getting a haircut like taking a chance and merely hoping that I liked how it came out, but since I've been coming here it's been great every time and I'm finally confident that I'll be happy with the result, ahead of time. Thanks so much!

My experience was terrible at this salon I told hair dresser exactly how I wanted my hair cut, Even showed a video and she told me I couldn't have it do to a few shorter pieces in the front. She said she would do choppy layers to get close to what I wanted and let it grow out to go back and get the cut I originally came there for. I left unhappy with short hair one side longer than the other. So disappointed I called and told them I wasn't happy with the cut they told me to come back in but I would have to see a different hair dresser. I told the lady what I wanted fixed. she kept cutting more and more hair off and it still didn't look right it was even shorter and I left disappointed again got home and saw it was still uneven. I spent 55 dollars on a cut I could of just looked in the mirror and did myself. Maybe even better. First time mistake was fixable second time coming out not happy just isn't right. I'm a single mom who hasn't gone to a salon in years and this is the reason why. I would never recommend this place to anyone.. Woman deserve to feel good about there hair and this salon made me feel the opposite. It's been few months and I'm still with this hair cut to nervous to go somewhere else. Mistakes happen but when you pay decent money you want a good job done or at least what you wanted. Good luck to anyone who goes here for hair service.
