I would highly recommend this store.  Visited with a family member and was impressed with the professionalism of the people who work there.  Dr. Kim gave a thorough eye exam and was patient and took the time to answer our questions.  The frames they sell are beautiful and the salespeople are very knowledgeable  about their products and knew exactly what would look best.  Overall, a great experience.

I have gone to this eyetique for 3 or so years and have been happy with their service. This past time I saw a doctor that is new to eyetique but not her practice and I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness as well. I did not have insurance this past visit and they went above and beyond to get me affordable contacts and even a free pair of glasses with a promotion they were currently having. Best of all it only took 3 days for my contacts and glasses to come in.

Had really bad experience with eye doctor named Kim there, who besides acting like a lunatic, managed not only get the curvature of my eye wrong but also underestimated my contact lens power by magnitude of 1 point.

I am a new customer to Eyetique and I want to share with you my experience. Exceptional customer service from the moment I scheduled my appointment. (They send out a reminder text to confirm the prior day, very nice :-) ) 
The day of the appointment was such a relief. 
Dr Simonton, not only was I provided with a thorough exam, the Doctor took time to answer questions of the exam. He also answered questions I had regarding glasses vs contacts, eye surgery options, concerns of future options. 
Now came time to look through the variety of frames and contacts.
I have to tell you, I do not believe I have every had so many options in frames and contacts prior. You name it they have it.. Classic, modern, colors, wired, new tech... Contacts options also, Brands, tints, daily, extended etc......
Just stop in before you even schedule an exam and see for yourself.. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! 
NOW PLEASE READ THIS...NOT ONCE WAS I PRESSURED OR UP-SOLD.
As a business owner I know that yes you want sales, need them, but the most important thing to create success is your reputation.

My experience at the South Hills Village Eyetique proved that this franchise operates by the Golden Rule of business.
Every interaction I have had from Doctor to Managers (called with some questions) to Sales Associate, each one I spoke with and even observed with others while waiting, reinforced that they truly care about us, the customer and go above and beyond and deliver with respect and courtesy.
