I bought my wife a gift certificate for this salon, and she used half of it.  The other half went a couple months past the expiration date.  When she called to inquire whether they would still honor it, she was told they would deduct an $11 fee (over 10% of the total original amount).   There are no fees listed on the certificate, and they aren't following the state law regarding gift cards.  I think someone needs to remind them that the money is not theirs until they provide the service, and if there are fees, they need to be put in writing.  If they don't want to honor the gift card, they don't get to keep the money.  Will not be going back.  I do not recommend this salon.

Sammy does my nails and does such an amazing job.  My pedicure stays for weeks.  She gives an amazing massage and my nails never keep polish but when she did it the polish lasted.  Can't wait to go back and try a deluxe pedicure.  Todd also has done my daughters nails for prom and they were amazing.  We asked him not to use a drill and he nailed it a few years back.  So sweet I love it there and my boyfriend comes and they let him sit with me if they have room and they all have fun together while still remaining so professional!

The only salon I will go to from now on. They treat their customers with respect and value their opinions. Everyone is fantastic and listens to your needs. I will recommend this nail salon to everyone. The best in the area.

February 10,2017 went in for an  eyebrow and lip/chin wax. Was burned and scabbed for  days!!!  It  was just awful since I was  attending a  family event the following  day!!The manager was  rude when I called in to explain what  happened.After the family event I went to the  salon to let her look at my face. I was refunded ( not nicely).The wax was  too hot! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

First time visiting this salon for a pedicure.  The tech who performed my pedicure cut my toe while cutting my cutical. I woke up today my toe is clearly infected. While sitting letting my toes dry I noticed most techs were using the same tools on multiple clients and just wiping them on towels. Definitely will not be back to this salon. I think the health department should make a visit.
