Their customer service is fantastic, their pricing is on par and their willingness to take the time to give the personal touch is what makes them exceptional as a company. Jesus Tetatzin is amazing. Great service. Hassle free. Got into a small accident and they answered all of my questions within minutes and made the experience of being in an accident bearable. Jesus Tetatzin is my rep but every one whom I have dealt with has been most helpful.

I have been working with Norma Mejia for over 6 years now, it could be longer actually. Needless to say she has continuously sought out the best rates for me year after year. The customer service that she provides to me is outstanding. She has always been responsive and thorough with details. I do recommended her to my contacts and I will continue to. Ask for her!

Customer service was horrible after a year of them insuring me. At first I thought Norma was super helpful. Then after a while I saw on my bill in the mail saying I was married to a man named Brian Brooks. I called and asked the company to take him off, as I wasn't married at that time. I was confused not knowing a lot about insurance. I was told to keep his name on there even though I had now clue who he was! Plus I was in a relationship with somebody who I'm NOW married to. Then I found out why she had put this person on the policy was because being married to get you a lower rate and she was trying to "help me ". But I found this dishonest and after I told her that I needed documents and asked her for help with things she seemed to stop caring and it was very hard for me to get what I needed to switch to a new broker. I get my brokers lie to help their rates stay lower,  but that is dishonest and it can hurt the insured person if that company finds out that the broker lied to them, then when or if the time comes where a claim is needed it could be denied due to improper or lying in the contract,  as a person with integrity I'd rather have an honest policy and pay a little more then have my broker try to compete with others by lying on my policy . Thank God I didn't need any claims, as I am a good driver :-)
