So, was going to post a review just now, and I see on the right a 5-star review by Mazi K., who is actually an Employee of EZ Insurance!  This is extremely deceitful, and reflective of the culture at this shoddy group of middlemen.  Mazi himself was the one that screwed up my policy renewal to begin with.  After this part-timer screwed up everything having to do with my Home and 2 Auto Policies, I was handed off to someone else who cared even less than the first guy, to fix his mistakes.  This, as you can guess, created more mistakes.  Currently, I am going on month 3 of trying to fix these fcukups and no one, not even Ron Agahi, the "CEO" has the ability to fix the problems caused by his employees.   THREE Months and countless phone calls to Nationwide have not solved the problems, and I am being penalized by my mortgage company and the DMV for not having insurance.  Emails to the CEO are not being returned.  Next step is to file a formal complaint with Nationwide directly.  Hope their license is revoked.  Word of caution - Save your time, save your money, save your sanity and do not do business with these greedy clowns.

UPDATE: 6-13-17
Days after reaching out to the CEO with no response, I suddenly get all this attention from EZ Insurance, mere minutes after this review was written.  Not in an effort to show accountability, or fix their mistakes, but to threaten me with a lawsuit for the review.  What a joke!   Trust your gut, when there are only 1 or 5 star reviews, you KNOW someone is lying; especially when the 5 star reviewers have blank profiles and only 1 other review.  Words fall short in describing the careless, disorganized, hostile and unprofessional treatment I've ever received from ANY company, let alone one who is trusted with protecting my biggest investments.   They are either completely incompetent and trying to cover it up, or they just don't care to look over anything for mistakes before cashing their broker checks.  I have more than one email BEGGING the owner to step in and fix his employees mistakes, and each time, they apologized and I was assured they had found the errors and everything was going to be corrected.  --Except it never was.--  In any case, I sincerely hope they don't put you through what they put me through.  And if they do, I hope you aren't threatened with a lawsuit for posting your experience online!  It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.  Negative Stars.
