All lanes were open and mostly cheerful workers. Still takes a while because the people there were handling glitches from the system. Ericka was very helpful. Go online for most things-you can do almost anything there.

The person helping me needed more training on their computer program.  She was not only lost but messsd up my account. I had to make a second trip to get corrected.

Bad just bad. All I needed to do was update a license plate number.....felt like I was at the DMV. TOOK FOREVER!!! Took over an hour just to change a tag number on one of my vehicles.

When in Houston/Humble TX, get your EZ TAG, The service was friendly even though we did't really know what we were doing. Polite conversation as she welcomed us to the state and it was pretty quick.

Third time we have tried to go pick up our EZ tag in 2 months and...the system was down AGAIN time. So frustrating, YET Takisha was incredible! Super understanding and helpful especially considering it's been harder on the employees who've been unable to do their jobs and have had to deal with angry customers.
