Wow, so impressed!  I signed up online to get my drivers license renew and received an appointment time of 9:59 am.  Got there at 9:40 am, checked into the kiosk and got my number.  There was a very friendly lady standing by the kiosk asking if people needed help.  My number was called at 10:00 am and I am out the door at 10:05.  The lady behind the counter was also very friendly as well.  Quick in and out. Great great in line system and quick and friendly staffs.

Did not get 5 stars cause I am out here outside in line in the rain and humidity in the sick season. This place need to add on 2-3 stories. Everything else good. No on should be standing outside in line smelling cars on front row parking in idle people gotta smell toxic smells from vehicles just running and smoking. Just cause we outside standing in line for your state govern, business people should not have to get their health mess up starting with a soar throat smelling car fumes and cigarette smoke.

My compliments on your professional and efficient staff! Didnt wait too long to be seen to renew my driver’s license. For customers: When you show up for services, be sure to have cash on hand for services rendered. Just in case the swipe strip on the computer keyboard doesn’t read your card. For the facility: Only real serious recommendation I have is to get credit card readers mounted on the counter facing the customer. Check out will become every bit as swift and sure as check in.

If I could rate the humble dps 0 stars I would. The staff is rude and lazy. All they talk about is wanting to leave for the day and how they hope the people taking their driving exams do not take long. They are miserable and take it out on the people they are attending. A different location is worth the drive.

I was scared reading these all reviews before going there, but, guys, I did the line online, I got there 3 minutes before my "estimated service time". It didn't take more than 30seconds since I checked myself in and the system called me. It's a small place, yes, but I had the fastest service I never had received. Dont go to there to make the line personally.
