Just not enough proper communication. No email confirmations when you set a delivery. They don't give a window of time for drop off or pick up, not even whether it will be AM or PM. I feel like that's necessity unless you live in a building with a concierge. If I was just home 24/7 waiting for a laundry visit, I would have time to do my own laundry in the first place. You're lucky if they give you a 10 minute heads up. The communication that IS given isn't at all efficient either. They give you the convenience of personal text message alerts but the wording doesn't help at all. If you text me 'coming in the next one hour hour half" I presume it to mean you may arrive in the next hour or hour and a half. 40 minutes later I get a text saying he's about to arrive. He proceeded to argue with me saying that the previous text meant "within the hour." To who?! At one point he was also pretty condescending and made it seem like he was doing me a favor by bringing my clothes back at all or wait to be put on the schedule (what?! Does this company normally steal clothes instead of give them back?! I paid for this service... Not communicating effectively and then implying you can force a customer to wait for their clothes another week etc. whenever they feel like is also unacceptable). He also said he doesn't have to let customers know when he's coming or not which makes this company's way of doing things pretty inconvenient and shabby if that's true. It would certainly be in a company's best interest if they wanted to be of any recommendation or convenience to returning clientele or effectively do the job. He made it seem like it's completely impossible for him to know when he'll be in your area and he can't text and drive. Nobody is asking you to... You're driving and pulling over and parking to do deliveries, easily a good time to notify and look at your map. This isn't my first laundry service rodeo. Tooooo many excuses I've never heard of or had to deal with and anyone with common sense can find solution for. And the combativeness was unnecessary. Instead of saying "I apologize, my wording was incorrect" and looking for a solution, he wanted to argue and try to get me to agree that what he said meant something it didn't so his miscommunication and disorganization could be my fault. Needless to say EZE Laundry is not EZE at all. The prices are extremely appetizing and more than competitive with other local delivery services... but you get what you pay for sadly. I didn't have these problems with other services. They can hack it with people laundering a few shirts from time to time that have a concierge. I'll take my 45 pounds of clothes where my money and time is more valued and communication more permissible and competent. No one ever answers the phone number provided for the company. To end on a positive, the folding is nice and the clear trash bags they send your clothes back in are high quality and can be re-purposed. They do give you a draw string storage bag, but your things come back in clear plastic bags I guess to avoid putting your things in the bag your dirty clothes were sent in? Lots of customization laundry settings online are a plus if they actually honor them.

Great service. Couldn't get more convenient picks up on time and delivers everything in 1-2 days. Dry cleaning perfect and laundry nicely folded. Couldn't ask for more.
