Sweet Laundromat. Very nice owner. The regular customers very helpful. All new washers and some new dryers. Owner says he's replacing more dryers in a month.
Prices competitive! New soap vending machine. I read reviews from 5 years ago. I will return!

as the last review says, it's not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest. still some of the driers don't work. it's $2 for the junior sized washers, and $1.75 for the top-loaders. it cost me $1 to dry for a half hr, so i had to add more $ to dry it more.

there is allegedly wifi, but my laptop couldn't find the connection that was advertised on the side of the change machine. so i ended up tethering with my droid.

parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood seemed nice enough.

The place is not the cleanest, but its also not the dirtiest laundromat.  Make sure you bring detergent because none of the vending machines in the building actually work and the Value Venue next door over charges on its detergent.  Some of the washers and driers are broken, but most work.  It has a few big washers, but most are the really small ones.  If you live in the area its alright, but if another laundromat is close by head there instead.
