I would recommend Steve and FC Tucker to anyone who is needing a realtor. I was a first time home buyer and he answered all the questions I had and was patient with me through the whole process since it was all new to me.

My husband and I conducted a long-distance move from FL to Evansville IN to be near our children. We were sent pictures of a property internally and externally. We were led to believe that the property was move in ready. What we found we're numerous things needing immediate attention in a property that looked like it was abandoned. We are paying high amount of rent in a nice area and we expected our home to be like fashion. If we could we would break lease but we have no choice. My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the false advertising that led us on long distance from Tucker. If they rectify in an expedited fashion I will post again. Until then I would never recommend this company.

I have rented and have had tenants in several cities. FC Tucker is by far the most unprofessional unorganized property management company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible experience. I rented property from Tucker for a year. Shortly after signing the lease I found out it was a terrible neighborhood. Scared for my families safety tried to get out of lease, company would not budge, very unsympathetic, slumlords! Even better, after moving; kept all of my deposit and said it was for cleaning and pain touch ups. Would never recommend!

I'll keep this short when I moved in there were several issues that needed immediate attention that I had to call several times before resolved and a week after living in a unit the dishwasher stopped working that I was trying to use for the first time when I called he maintence person stated I just fixed that last week I stated no I have not lived here no longer than a week several other issues plumbing and also electrical issues where a electrician was needed and  high utility bills that our neighbor of the same duplex had as well and when we called vectren was told it was due to an old furnace i was here for a year and they charged a 645 dollar deposit and stated for scuffs and touch up it was 360.00 to touch up? I will never recommend this company and will never do business with them again!
