Saturday May 5th !!! We went in to buy with 5 customers! And another customer was Completely RUDE AND VICIOUS!! She took offense to something we said that was not DIRECTED TOWARDS HER! We also were not being loud we were simply speaking to our friend who wanted us to help her in the plus size section. This guest then went on to the front desk and started complaining about us but in the rudest manner as if she was a victim! We then went to the front to at least give ourselves a defense. As my Friend went in to explain a worker by the name of Diana cut us off completely and didn't even let 5 people OVER ONE explain themselves. She was rude and had no skills in customer service and her fellow peers did nothing to even hear or listen to our side. We decided to leave because we didn't want to cause a scene and also this store is located in Fontana and we were not trying to engage with workers or customers who could potentially attack us. My life felt threatened because they looked at us vile. I will never come into this store again. It's sad that one of my favorite stores had to be ruined because of the workers that were hired.

I came in Saturday May 5th going into the plus size section with some friends. I wanted them to help me pick out a cute outfit and I said something that made them laugh and another guest who also plus size began to yell at me and my friends very rudely ! I can understand why she was made but the thing is we or myself were not talking to her and she shouldn’t have been in our conversation anyways! Also if she would have been more respectful things could have been different. Anyways she went to the front and Forevers Workers were simply rude and didn’t even let me explain they took side of this rude woman!!! They didn’t let us explain and she was rude and had no customer service ! Too bad never coming back

May 5th myself and 5 friends were kicked out ! Long story short a worker named Diana (if that’s even her name). It was given to us by her co workers in the front desk at around 7:45ish. We were yelled at, cursed at and they made us feel like we didn’t matter! This happened by a guests who did not like us and when we went to the front to explain the situation Their worker didn’t give us any respect or even bother to listen to us. I guess Forever 21 doesn’t seem to care about its customers.

Nice shopping center alot of baddie clothes stores, the f21 red is ok for a quick stop but it's not so big and not many plus size options. They do have a clearance section.

It's ok, selection of clothes is alright. They have the plus size section in the back left corner. I just hate it when the plus size is hidden... I love the SB center one way better bigger section and way more selection! The service was good though, better than the SB one.
