I really can't believe how bad my family was just treated. I needed to return a pair of 20 Sandels for my daughter. The whole time I was in there the ladies "patty" was telling my daughters to stop what she was doing. She keeped reprimanding my daughters. On top of everything I walked in saying I had a return and not tell I got to the regester with my exchange did she tell me. I see you paid 20 dollars, but I can only give you 14.99 WHAT? The shoes where defected they didn't fit the same on both sides one was much smaller then the other, but both had Illustrated the same size. I had exchange it for the same price shoes plus bought my other kids 2 more pairs. This will be the very very last time I shop here. I will continue to advise everyone I know to shop else where or at least for better service go to another location.
