**DO NOT USE** I called for a ride to the airport, and a couple minutes after I got into the car the driver informed me he would only take cash and forced me to stop at an ATM while he watched my type in my PIN number. I called the company after I was safely out of his car and the manager informed me the driver had been fired so she didn't really care what happened on the trip, then hung up on me. TERRIBLE

Disclosure,  I didn't order service!

I called to schedule a pickup for the following day. She started asking for details as expected but there was someone in the background. When asked my name the person in the back started talking and said,"oh no not another David" and some other cross chatter about and some laughing was heard. 

That is about my experience. I stated at the point I heard referencing my name in a conversation, "you are being very unprofessional and I would find another service"

Drivers always in good mood. Always seem to get here in a timely manner. Will use them whenever I need a ride around youngstown area.

I was extremely pleased with this service. The driverwas was there quickly with a nice clean newer model van. The driver was very friendly and accommodating and it wasn't expensive. I will definitely use fabcab again thanks
