I love the drivers for this company but the business itself sucks! How can you be a 24 hour taxi service but have no one available until certain times and even then you have to wait forever to get picked up even if you call over an hour ahead of time. My thing is don't call your self 24 hours if you can't have available drivers.

Don't rely on them to get you to work on time. Called 50 mins before pickup time to be to work ten mins early. Fifteen mins after pickup time I had to take my own car. Which I wasn't going to drive because I was picking up a company vehicle today. But if I had no other way to get to work I would have been screwed. 20 mins after pickup time some stoner sounding guy calls and says( do you still need a ride)? Really? This is your business? Pick a different company because obviously this one isn't dependable.

Prices jump all the time can't get a ride on time take three calls to get someone on the phone and can't get a ride when it snow very undepenable
