Head chef and owner, Fabio Cracco, displays passion and warmth at every turn. For over three decades the love of food has run through his veins. Back home in Italy, he was a restauranteur for many years, then carried his affair to the high seas, working as a private chef on luxury yachts. Settling in the Fort Lauderdale area, several years ago, Fabio once again returned to his love of the kitchen, hospitality and service. At Fabio The Venetian: Wine Bar & Restaurant, guests are welcomed as friends into his home!
