No muss, no fuss. Very nice friendly staff. Great root beer float. Delicious fresh ground hamburgers. A decent burger joint without the fuss. Walk up to the register place your order. Walk two steps right pick up your order. Walk three steps to condiments and looks for a table to sit and eat. Easy peesy.

My burger was greater after I sent the first one back. The first one was basically still raw thru out the patty......no thank you....cook my patty some more please. The service could have been better..... the food was brought to our table and placed completely on the other side. We had to reach for it. Not a good impression for a first time visit from Ft. Worth Texas!!

My mom has been going here since she was young, so of course I've also been going since I was a kid! They have other menu options but you just can't beat their burger. It's juicy and delicious. It is a thin patty style burger so if you're​ craving a thick and hard to hold burger you'll want to head somewhere else. They have a free toppings bar, but know that lettuce and tomato are ordered at the counter. They are very generous with fries and one order will be enough for 2-3 people. I love the shakes! The chocolate shake is thick and delicious; you'll definitely need a spoon at the beginning! The soft drinks use shaved ice which my family really enjoys. I don't know what it is but it does make the soda taste better to me. The employees are always friendly and courteous. They'll remember you if you're a regular. Even after I moved away, they still recognize me when I come back for the holidays. It makes for a great atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit back home so I can get another Jack's burger!

WOW, now that's one tasty burger!! The burger just melted in my mouth, the chili & cheese fries were awesome too... most certainly coming back here!!

Ok burger but you pay for every thing even lettuce and tomatoes will not GO back girls serving are obnoxiously rude
