I came here to get my SUV washed. I picked the package for 28 bucks. When the young lady asked me what area I would like them to pay more attention to I let her know that I needed a really good vacuum job because I have been hiking and I had a lot of dirt and leaves etc. I had also let her know that there was a some dried salt from the snow on my passenger door. After my car was done they were really busy and I was rushed away. When I had gotten home I noticed that my center consol had not been wiped down at all my driver window had spots still and the spot I had told the young lady about was still there. I also opened the back hatch of my car it had nothing in it and wasn’t wiped down or vacuumed there was still dirt and small pebbles that I got from hiking. I am very unhappy I didn’t spend 28 for nothing to really be done. I had to re vacuum the back of my car and wipe down places that I had asked them to. I will never come here again.

I called ahead and confirmed that they would be open.  When I got there 45 min later (two hours before they were set to close) they had sent their technicians home for the day.  To make up for it the manager gave me a coupon for a $24.99 oil change.  When I when in today they wanted to charge me 72$ with the coupon because my truck takes 7 quarts and I use synthetic blend.  I showed manager that the last time I went to Jiffy Lube I got the same oil change for 65$ with no coupon.  He suggested I go back there and that is just what I will do from here on out.  No thanks - what a ripoff!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience when I come here. I’ve gone to other places for oil changes and other car maintenance because Sandy is a little out of my way, but I won’t ever go anywhere else. Austyn is the best worker here. He’s always friendly and on top of his duty and makes you aware of what’s going on. Thank you Fabulous Freddy’s and Austyn, for keeping me as a customer.

The gas station itself and the inside store are great.   But their auto repair and oil change place.... let's just say they want you to fix things that don't need to be fixed.   I've gone in there twice for an oil change and for friends or oil chang.  All 3 times they say there's a different part of my car that really needs to be fixed ASAP.   I took at Bert's brothers after and they said it was fine.

Was at the lube shop the other day, they are great very fast and told me I had a gas leak from a hose. They fixed it for FREE. Thanks you saved my car from a possible fire.  Customer for life.
