After getting out of the military, I let my injuries take over and control of my life. Gained 100 lbs and self esteem went out the window. Robert Otis has done the impossible in my eyes that other gyms have not been able to fully do. So far as of the date of this review he has helped me lose 35 lbs and over 10 inches of my waist. Not to mention strengthen the areas of my injuries sustained in the military. Prices are reasonable, atmosphere is great, caring and awesome coach,what more can you ask for? Highly recommend Fact Fitness.
