Walked in the door with my wife to a friendly staff. Wouldn't expect anything else. Salesman wanted to sell a glass coated wood boat (entry level) to us, but experience told me to stay away from that. Found a nice 1900cc Key Largo that my wife and I debated on quite a bit. Salesman gave us a price with taxes and all other fee's that was in my opinion a good price. High pressure sales seem to be the thing here. Tried to get me to commit that day when my wife was requesting we go home and think about it so as to avoid an impulse buy. Salesman didn't want to hear it, but that is the choice I made because she is worth it. After much back and forth by phone, we decided to get qualified and make the purchase. A credit report had been run the day we visited, so they would know we could get the loan. However, the dealer required money down prior to running credit a second time, as well as the requirement to fill out several documents. After standing my ground on the deposit, they sent the documents. BE WARNED! If you have your credit run and then decide not to make the purchase, they bind you to almost $4,500 in fees. They were also increasing the price by charging taxes above and beyond what I was told included taxes. This is a shady operation looking to take advantage of the buyer through aggressive sales tactics and false information to draw you in. STAY AWAY unless you don't mind their lack of integrity.

Having stopped by dealerships close to us numerous times to look and learn and never had anyone give us time, we were a little surprised and pleased by your attentiveness. Pro: Boat a new boat from her about a month ago. Sales rep Melissa was outstanding and never stop working to get me in the boat I wanted. She did an amazing job and I would be another boat from her in the future. She is the reason I finished the deal. Con: Been a month and the dealership still has not paid off the camper that I traded in. Had a real issue with one of the sales manager who wanted to agree with me instead of trying to make a deal. Overall: Melissa was the reason I went through with the purchase. She is a great rep and will work for you. The corporate side of Boat and RV World needs to get it together.

This place is HORRIBLE! We have had nothing but problems getting any work done to our RV that we made the mistake of buying there. There's no way I can tell you all we have gone through. They did crappie repairs and when we questioned them about it, the repairman who did the work said "No issue." We have tried talking to management, they said they would check on it and give us a call back. Yeah, right! It's very seldom they call back, however, if they do, they still can't give you a straight answer. NEVER EVER go there!!!!!! 13 January 2018 update. We're still waiting on a refund from the trade in of our old camper! It's been almost 4 months! They can tell us how much we're getting back but not when we'll get it. They won't give us the info to call the department that's handling it. They keep saying we have to go through them and that they will request for it to be "expedited". The trade in was done 15 September! This place is a RIP OFF! Don't trust anything they say! They will take your money but NOT take care of you after the sale!
